Refund policy

 

You have the right to return part or all of your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Return

To request a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

support@artelohomme.com

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Items you wish to return

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions.

Artelo does not provide prepaid return labels and does not cover return shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense.

Please ensure your return shipment is securely packaged and retain your proof of shipment, including the tracking number.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Important Information

  • Artelo is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed in transit.

  • During sale periods, holidays, or promotional events, return processing times may be longer due to increased volume.
