Shipping policy


Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for processing. Order processing takes approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery Times

European Union (EU)

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after shipment

Outside the European Union

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier performance.

Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Partners

Artelo ships orders via trusted logistics partners such as DHL, GLS, FedEx, and other international carriers.

In some cases, carriers may deliver packages to a neighbor or a nearby service point if the recipient is unavailable. Physical delivery notifications are not always provided, so we recommend regularly checking your tracking information for updates.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Artelo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs authorities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
